5 | Company Letter - Work certificate (it must include applicant’s name and surname, role) - Last three months’ payroll with stamp and signature from the employer - If self-employed must provide official business registration / patent and company letter |
6 | Invitation Invitation from Turkish Company or Fair Organization should be submitted. |
7 | Financial supporting documents - Bank statement (with at least traffic of last three months with stamp and signature) - Applicant should submit proof of who is covering the travel (letter from the company or host) |
8 | Travel Health Insurance Policy Travel insurance should cover the entire period of the person’s intended stay. Minimum of one month travel insurance should be submitted |
9 | Copy of ID |
10 | Important Notes; Below are supplying documents that may improve the condition of your visa application: -If the applicant has been abroad before, copies of the relevant pages from old and new passport -Ownership of property in Turkey, if any -Proof of past business arrangements in Turkey, if any |
