1- Medical report + invitation from hospital.
2- Original passport valid for 8 months (at least).
3- Job and salary certification by English language and the company commercial record.
4- If the applicant is shard adder or owner, he can only attach the commercial record of the company (ownership).
5- If the applicant is a student. he must attached university certification.
6- (Only for foreign),must holding Sudanese residence valid at least for 6 months.
7- Bank statement for 6 month with bank letter.
8- Previous (Turkish / SHENGEN / USA /UK) visa (if any) attached.
9- Marriage and birth certification for the families.
10- Travel agreement from parent if the applicant’s age is less than 18 years.
